Workshop/Group Discussion:

In a section of his talk, Tod is explaining how “vocational formation for a changing world” should work. It is really important for us to comprehend this as we consider out our own Vocational Formation, therefore our hope is that Mission Services Staff will take time to digest this through discussion and putting it into their own words.

Using the Components of Vocational Formation​ slide, lead your staff in a discussion of the three components of vocation formation and come up with your own definition of each component. Optional: have different staff share part of their testimony specific to each component in the process.
